out there that are marketed for full body detoxification.
If you are going to buy a detox product, make sure that they
use only natural ingredients not synthetic detox chemicals.
Those synthetic chemicals may do harm in the long run because
they can create metabolites that are harmful to the human

1. Include high amounts of fiber in your diet. Example
of high fiber foods are brown rice, organically-grown fresh
fruits and vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, beets,

like as burdock, milk thistle, dandelion root and drinking

Selenium - it aids in the generation of glutathione
peroxidase which detoxifies the body. One molecule of glutathione
peroxidase is composed of four selenium atoms. Studies show
that selenium actually protect the liver, this is especially
useful for people who are suffering from cirrhosis due to
alcohol. Cigarette smoking can decrease the selenium level
of the body, thus, smokers need to increase their selenium
intake. Selenium rich foods are brown rice, chicken, garlic,

body detox using Mega-Ascorbic Acid - High
doses of ascorbic acid can be used to detoxify the body. The
amount of ascorbic acid used in detoxification is from 5 grams
to 10 grams daily for 1 week. Ascorbic acid increases the
detoxification rate of various organs and helps flush out
the toxins at a faster rate. Ascorbic acid deactivates free
radical formations in the body. For maximum effect, the ascorbic
acid should be taken in divided dose which is spread out within
the day. For example, if you want to take 5 grams of ascorbic
acid in 1 day, you should take 1 gram during breakfast, 2
grams during launch, 1 gram dinner and 1 gram before going
to sleep ( taken with milk ). If you have a sensitive stomach
take non-acidic mineral ascorbates such as sodium ascorbate,
calcium ascorbate ( Ester-C ) or magnesium ascorbate.
